Girl Scout Membership

Girl Scouting is open to all who are interested, however openings are, in part, dependent upon enough volunteer leaders.  Won’t you consider being one of our volunteers?

Please contact Trefoil Girl Scouts  to inquire about troop openings or to start your own troop.  Two unrelated adults are required to lead a troop which usually consists of 5-20 girls.  Meetings can be at schools, churches or community centers in the area. Troops can meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly.  Additional programming and events are available to troops in the Trefoil Service Area and at GSWPA Council events.

Trefoil Girl Scouts as well as GSWPA Council provide screening and training for all adults interested in becoming an adult volunteer.  Parents can help in a variety of ways from troop leaders to assistants, to cookie chairs to troop committee member.  Girl Scouting can grow only with the help of its volunteers!

K-1st grade    Daisy Girl Scout

2-3 grade       Brownie Girl Scout

4-5 grade       Junior Girl Scout

6-8 grade       Cadette Girl Scout

9-10 grade      Senior Girl Scout

11-12 grade    Ambassador Girl Scout

18 and over    Adult Girl Scout
